You need to know that the logistics market consists of rail, sea, road and air transport. And each has its own tendencies.
For example, the volume of rail traffic varies due to the economic and political situation in the country. Road transport is more stable, but fragmented into segments that work differently in different periods. The most basic segment is full freight and general cargo. Mail traffic takes up a much smaller segment. Moreover, it is the segment of goods up to 30 kg that develops most widely. This picture will be observed for 10 years, according to experts, until the volume of the Ukrainian and Central European market equals.
As regards full-freight transport, the picture here is rather negative than positive.
There are less and less customers who order a full car of goods for transportation. In addition, the number of players in this segment has decreased. For example, many carriers refuse to travel to Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Many have completely stopped their work. The reason is clear – military action.
In addition, many carriers with parks from 10 to 20 cars began to migrate to Poland.
And here the reason is clear – in Poland, compared to our country, simpler business conditions. Exports to Russia have declined, amid its growth in other countries. Thus, there was a redistribution of demand between the segments. In general, the logistics business and the volume of its market remains stable.

If we talk about the future of the logistics business, it is already clear that further segmentation of the market is planned, and there will be an enlargement, in which small players, besides courier services, will go out of orbit. And in general, logistics, as a business, will be consolidated.
